| Requirements for obtaining a free Full license for
Academic use
The software is exactly the same as the commercial version, and the conditions for
obtaining a free license for academic use are the following

You are teaching a course with a significant content of chemometrics on BSc,
MSc or PhD level.

You accept the License
agreement & Disclaimer and arrange for all course attendants to accept
the conditions as well. We suggest you print out the agreement and let every
student read and sign the License agreement.

There must be a minimum of 10 students in your class.

You provide a list of names clearly stating first name, last name and email address of the students attending the class so we can produce personal Activation Keys.
Also, you need to specify the start and end of the course period.

If possible, a link to www.latentix.com should be established and LatentiX must be mentioned on the course web-site as (one of) the software(s) used in the course.

We may disclose your name, title and affiliation to other users and customers.
We may choose to do so on the internet.
For our users in academia Latent5 will provide free supportive teaching material
for use with LatentiX.
